About the Role:

Job Title: Senior iOS Developer

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Mobile UI Lead Developer with strong expertise in Swift and MVI architecture to lead our iOS UI development efforts. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences. SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build beautiful, scalable, and high-performance iOS apps using Swift.
• Integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines for smooth, reliable deployments.
• Craft robust, maintainable code using UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Core Animation.
• Own the quality – write and maintain Unit Tests, UI Tests, and use the latest debugging tools.
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering to bring ideas to life.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience building production iOS apps.
• Mastery of Swift and iOS frameworks.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture.
• Experience with Xcode, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Core Animation.
• A sharp eye for performance, design, and detail.
• Passion for clean code, reusable components, and modern design patterns.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• A portfolio of apps or contributions to open-source iOS projects.

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $145K to $175K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
