About the Role:


Job Title : Senior Machine Learning


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in deploying machine learning models, designing and building microservices, and creating robust APIs. The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing scalable ML platforms and working with cloud platforms such as Databricks (DBX) and/or Microsoft Azure.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments.

Build and maintain microservices and API endpoints to serve ML models.

Develop ML pipelines and workflows for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and DevOps teams to build end-to-end ML solutions.

Design and implement ML platforms/tools that enable automation, reusability, and scalability.

Ensure model performance, reliability, and compliance in production environments.

Optimize solutions for cost, latency, and throughput in cloud environments (Azure/DBX).

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field.

Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), and familiarity with libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Experience deploying ML models in production (Docker, REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask).

Solid experience with microservice architecture and API design.

Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools and workflows.

Experience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure ML, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake).

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).


Location: Remote


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
