Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master in Hartford, CT. Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master to lead the delivery of AI capabilities and integration workflows within a new underwriting platform. This individual will play a key role in automating the submission and risk triage process, supporting the rollout of over 50 insurance products over the next 18-24 months. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Strategic Execution, AI, and Policy Administration teams, helping to drive process optimization, requirements gathering, and delivery execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles
• Strong experience in writing and refining business requirements
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with QA, technical, and admin personnel
• Highly adaptable and quick to learn in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with business users to elicit clarity
• Proven ability to manage delivery roadmaps and coordinate sprint planning
• Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus (no specific tools required)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
