DeFi Stablecoin Lead

Role: DeFi Stablecoin Lead - Remote (U.S.)

Summary:

The cryptocurrency firm is building the next generation of decentralized liquidity infrastructure by enabling fully on-chain order-book trading across the DeFi ecosystem.

The firm is rapidly expanding and looking for DeFi Stablecoin Lead to be in charge of business development and partnerships across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Generating and closing high-impact partnerships with key players across the DeFi and crypto ecosystem.
• Lead GTM execution for liquidity solutions and protocol integrations.
• Identity and engage with new and existing partners consisting of DAOs, aggregators, institutional trading desks.
• Create and manage a robust pipeline of integration and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in crypto business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
• Proven success closing deals in DeFi or financial infrastructure (DEXs, market makers, custody providers, etc.)
• Strong understanding of liquidity provisioning, DeFi mechanics, and tokenized incentives
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with a network in the Web3 ecosystem.
