The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To

  • Building, planning and executing an annual calendar of campaigns and events, in-app & web events, optimizing for local and seasonal events, and brand building activity.
  • Executing against a promotional & value strategy, working with the merchant partners to drive value for our customers.
  • Working with our in-house creative departments to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Working with the in-house social media & influencer team to build activity to support campaigns.
  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
  • Design and implement a Go-to-Market (Marketing) Strategy including brand positioning, communication strategy, in-app promotions, promotional strategy, consumer targeting etc.
  • Leverage market data, customer segmentation, competition mapping, value proposition, competitive advantage and together with the stakeholders.
  • Build overall brand awareness across all segments of the market, recognize and react to market trends, and deliver localized campaigns to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Establish KPIs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
  • Align, implement and lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, retargeting, retention and user growth with digital team.
  • Report results, conduct in-depth analysis on campaigns. performance, and provide improvement suggestions daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Optimize all digital marketing campaigns and ads to reach success metrics.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to adapt the marketing plan for best performance as trends change.
  • Report to and work with the VP to allocate and manage digital marketing spend as required, track costs and success accordingly.

Do you have some of these?

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing role.
  • Degree in advertising, marketing or similar field.
  • 360-degree marketing across the full mix in a B2C environment- online/offline, digital/ traditional, direct marketing, brand, brand building/direct.
  • Strong organizational & project management skills.
  • experience using various analytic platforms: Amplitude, Tableau and Power BI.
