Agentforce Specialist (M/F/O)

As an Agentforce Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing AI-driven agents within Salesforce Agentforce. Your role is to ensure seamless integration of autonomous agents into business workflows, enhancing customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Agentforce AI agents tailored to business needs.
• Customize workflows using Agent Builder (low-code & pro-code solutions).
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Monitor agent performance and improve efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI automation strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AI solutions).
• Familiarity with Agentforce tools (Agent Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine).
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and integration.
• Knowledge of APIs, MuleSoft, and cloud solutions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (French/German is a plus).
