IAM Business Analyst

About The Role

• Seeking Identity and Access Management Business Analyst for our key global mining client. Contract until 19th of December, 2025 + Possible extensions.
  
  

Under the direction of IAM and Cybersecurity leadership, the IAM Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Enterprise Access Model (EAM) by:

• Evaluating and identifying existing business processes, knowledge base articles (KBs), and procedural control libraries (PCLs) affected by the transition.
• Documenting current-state workflows and proposing updates to ensure alignment with the new access framework.
• Assisting in the development of clear and effective communications to support end-user readiness and adoption.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and facilitate a seamless transition.
• Supporting implementation logistics, including coordinating the procurement and distribution of hardware security keys or tokens and related support procedures.
  
  

Success in this role will require strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
