Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking to bring on board a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and conversational AI design.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage.
• Exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to model performance, data quality, and deployment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions with frontend and backend components seamlessly.
• Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders and non-technical persons and also collaborates well within a team, sharing knowledge with other developers
• Shows a strong commitment to learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Technology Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer, with a proven track record of solving real-world problems.
• Proficient in Python.
• Deep understanding of data and data pipelines, including experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Experience with machine learning libraries, including TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience implementing MLOps best practices, including automated model retraining, monitoring, and testing.
