Head of IT Security (f/m/d)

In your role, you will be responsible for the definition of the global IT Security Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring compliance with standards and reducing risks in close collaboration with your team. You lead key projects to completion. To strengthen security awareness, you will also initiate training and communication campaigns for all employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership – Act as the lead security executive for AT&S, driving a company-wide security culture and working closely with the executive leadership team
• Provide strategic and tactical direction with a strong focus on incident prevention, detection, and response
• Support and further develop the Information Security Organization
• Conduct IT security risk assessments and identify measures to minimize potential threats
• Establish a global Security Operations Center (SOC) for both IT and OT Security, serving as the Process Owner for Managed Security Services
  
  
  

Your Profile

• University Degree in Information Systems or a related field; at least 10 years professional experience with a strong focus on IT Security and IT leadership
• Solid understanding of IT Risk and Crisis Management
• Ability to prepare and present decision-relevant information for the top management
• Knowledge of local regulations and IT law
• Willingness to actively participate in internal and external audits
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent English skills to ensure effective professional communication
