Position - .Net Developer

Location - Flemish, Region (Hybrid)

Day Rate - €400 - €500/day

Language Requirement: English and Dutch (CEFR Level C2 required)

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with proven leadership experience to join our agile development team. You will take a technical lead role, coaching developers, participating in sprints, and delivering high-quality. NET-based applications within a SCRUM environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong development expertise in .NET 8 / C#, ASP.NET Web API, REST
• Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, GIT, and Visual Studio
• Demonstrable Agile experience and ability to take a leading role in sprints and ceremonies
• Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development
• Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2 (mandatory)
• Demonstrable experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers

Required Experience

• Design, develop, test, and debug scalable .NET applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Translate user stories into well-structured, maintainable code
• Collaborate with architects, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and implementation
• Proactively resolve bugs and operational issues
• Take part in continuous integration and delivery processes
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and design patterns (e.g., TDD, DDD)

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Familiarity with Redis
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
