We are looking for a Security Project Manager for a freelance project in Namur, Belgium. The position is Full-Time (5 days p/week) and hybrid over an initial duration of 14 Months, plus a high likelihood of extensions.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and drive the implementation of OTW’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy. This role plays a critical part in achieving NIS2 certification and reinforcing our security posture through a structured, cross-departmental program built on the CCB's Cyber Fundamentals framework.
You will act as the conductor of our cybersecurity program—aligning initiatives with strategic priorities, ensuring coherence among technical projects, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will be both strategic and operational, capable of planning and delivering concrete outcomes, such as a NIS2-aligned cybersecurity reference system (security cadastre).
Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Strategy & Roadmap
- Define the overall approach and planning for NIS2 certification.
- Identify cybersecurity priorities and develop multi-year roadmaps.
- Deliver validated 1-year and 3-year cybersecurity roadmaps.
Program & Project Coordination
- Coordinate cross-cutting cybersecurity actions and supervise technical solution implementations by operational teams.
- Ensure project coherence and seamless integration into the IT ecosystem.
- Deliver regular progress reports on key cybersecurity projects.
Risk & Compliance Management
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain an actionable risk management plan.
- Monitor compliance with NIS1, NIS2, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Produce structured and usable compliance documentation (security cadastre).
Governance & KPI Reporting
- Lead cybersecurity governance activities, including steering committees.
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs, progress, and security performance.
Awareness & Stakeholder Engagement
- Promote a culture of cybersecurity across the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to IT and business teams on best practices.
- Support change management initiatives and stakeholder adoption of new practices.
