Job Description

So, what are the main duties of a Social Media Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

We are looking for a social media data analyst to support the monitoring and evaluation of our digital communication activities. The focus is primarily on social media performance, but also includes web analytics.

As a Social Media Analyst You Will

• Collect, clean and analyse data from social media platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and web (website and CMS)
• Identify trends, patterns and outliers in content performance
• Produce monthly performance reports and dashboards
• Provide ad hoc analytical input to support content strategy and decision-making
• Support the development of KPIs and benchmarking tools
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team and Web Team to improve analytics workflows
  
  

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of social media metrics and digital communication objectives
• Strong experience with social media and web analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Emplifi, Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in institutional or public sector communication is an asset
• Fluency in English
