WE ARE LOOKING FOR PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced Performance Optimization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will profile, analyze and optimize inference engines across diverse hardware platforms (AMD, Intel...). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hardware architecture, low-level programming and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with performance profiling tools.
- Strong proficiency in low-level programming (C, C++, OpenCL, CUDA/HIP).
- Understanding of GPU architectures, memory hierarchies and parallel compute paradigms.
- Hands-on experience with optimizing inference workloads or high-performance computing applications.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks and inference runtimes is a plus.
- Profile and analyze hardware and software performance for inference workloads on AMD, Intel and other accelerators.
- Identify bottlenecks related to latency, memory bandwidth and compute efficiency at the hardware level.
- Optimize kernel and driver interactions to improve throughput and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with software engineers to adapt and tune inference engines for target hardware platforms.
- Develop and automate testing and benchmarking workflows to evaluate performance improvements.
