You will help our team and customers by designing new solutions, their technical architecture, and integrations. You will guide the implementation or participate hands-on in developing the most demanding new customer solutions based on your interest and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate the high-level business value of projects to stakeholders and team members.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for APIs and technical user stories.
• Review and approve technical solution concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Understand and explain automated documentation generation tools and processes.
• Facilitate agile workflows, including Scrum or Kanban, and step in to lead when needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues in software applications, particularly within distributed systems.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of tools and frameworks that support software development efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and map out end-to-end flows and interactions within complex distributed systems.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience as a software development consultant
• Strong experience working with a variety of technologies. We appreciate the experience in the following:
• Java: Expertise in building scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• C# / .NET: Development of enterprise applications with ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
• JavaScript / TypeScript: Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Python: Experience in scripting, automation, and backend development.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD tools, and databases.
• Familiarity with modern authentication methods and protocols
• Solid background in consulting or customer-facing project roles
• Experience of working with multiple customer industries
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Finnish and English being essential.
• Exposure to low-code platforms is considered a plus
