Protocol Engineer

A fast-growing infra startup is hiring a Protocol Engineer to help expand the capabilities of their rollup platform.

Backed by top-tier investors, they support some of the largest production chains in the space. With momentum building, they're now tackling deeper protocol challenges, like improving scalability, security, and cross-chain functionality at the infra level.

As a Protocol Engineer, you will:

• Design and ship protocol improvements across performance, finality, and reliability
• Build features that span off-chain infra and on-chain logic
• Contribute to cross-network messaging and developer-facing tooling

We're looking for a Protocol Engineer who:

• Has strong Go (ideally) or Rust experience in production
• Has worked on low-level blockchain infra or protocol logic
• Understands the challenges of scaling systems used by millions

This is a fully remote role with a preference for candidates based in Europe or the Americas. You must have full working rights where you live.

Base comp up to $250k + equity.
