This position is responsible for leading medium to large scale projects across various departments. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals. The position can be located in either UK or France close to our offices in these two countries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large projects, often involving cross-functional teams and multiple cross-border stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources including budget planning and execution, and manage project teams.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Lead different work-streams depending on projects by collaborating with the business to define key performance indicators, scope, timelines, and resources thereby ensuring accountability and delivery at an excellent pace
• Drive execution and lead the PMO for responsible projects thereby being a central point of contact for all questions on the projects
• Lead and implement project management fundamental concepts, best practices and procedures for responsible projects using strong judgement based on experience and expertise

🔍 Desired Qualifications:

• Typically a Bachelor's or Masters Degree or global equivalent in related discipline, with 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of applicable professional experience
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing project teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required (or highly recommended).
• Adept planning/organizational skills and techniques
• Strong decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presentation skills
• Good at conflict resolutions and ability to deliver difficult messages
• Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company and externally
• Good negotiating skills
