Technical Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Remote in Germany)

Full-time | €70,000 to €90,000 | Remote within Germany

A growing cleantech company in Germany is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the rollout of AI-driven energy systems for commercial and industrial clients. Focusing on PV systems, battery storage, and microgrids, helping businesses transition to 100% renewable energy while reducing costs and increasing energy independence.

This is a delivery-focused role where you will take ownership of short-cycle hardware installation projects from planning to execution. The role can be offered remotely (within Germany), but candidates living within Berlin/Brandenburg are preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and support electricians during on-site hardware installations at customer locations
• Identify and engage new specialist partners, such as electrical companies, to expand the partner network
• Design technical concepts and solutions for microgrid systems
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise installations across different sites
• Plan and conduct on-site inspections together with electricians and customers
• Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and manage hardware orders and shipments
• Work closely with internal developers to support system maintenance and hardware testing
• Travel occasionally to customer locations for inspections or coordination

What we’re looking for:

• Background in electrical engineering or renewable energy systems
• Hands-on experience managing installations (PV, battery, grid-connected systems) or extensive project management experience within an industry with a transferable skill set.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
• Fluent German and solid English skills
• Based in Germany (remote work is fully supported)
