Mobile Software Developer (React Native)

Our client is a growing technology-focused organisation delivering high-impact digital solutions across various industries. They're expanding their development team and looking for a Mobile Software Developer with strong React Native experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative mobile applications that enhance digital experiences for users across both iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver responsive, user-focused interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code following modern development practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros).
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Maintain technical documentation, including API and deployment guides.
• Implement and support automated testing frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
• Proven experience developing and deploying apps on both iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams and cloud-based environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Axios
• Backend: Node.js, Express
• API: RESTful services
• Database: Azure SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL
• DevOps/Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
• Tools: Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Agile (Scrum)

Education & Certifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or Cloud technologies (desirable).
