Our global corporate client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their existing team of developers based in Dublin city. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting with the client’s modernisation and consolidation of the application landscape, particularly on systems and processes, as well as having accountability for Windows and web-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have:-

· A degree in software engineering, computing, or related subject

· 5+ years’ professional experience working in a Software Engineer/Developer role

· Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferable

· Good knowledge of C# ASP.NET MVC frameworks and experience writing .NET Web Services and Web APIs

· Experience of writing back-end C# and front-end React, CSS and Bootstrap

· Proficiency with relational databases, e.g. SQL server or Oracle SQL and of building responsive websites using UI design

· Ability to work under pressure with a strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills and fluent English
