IT HR Business Analyst

EMM is looking for a:

IT HR Business Analyst

Main Activities:

• Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to assess and analyze existing processes and volumes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with HR teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for successful project delivery.
• Solutioning and Build: Recommend and implement solutions to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, ensuring alignment with system capabilities. Support the system configuration phase as needed.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
• Change Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes to facilitate smooth execution of future changes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 1 year of focus on Employee Central (Core HR, Time Management, Organizational Management).
• Strong understanding of Performance & Goals principles and their integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with broader HRIS implementations beyond SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in performance and goal management.
• Certification in SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working mode: Hybrid (3+2)
