We are looking for

We are looking for a curious and motivated Data & Analytics Intern (m/f/d) who wants to kickstart his/her career in a data-driven environment and gain hands-on experience working alongside our Data & Analytics Team.

Your role in BizAway

As a Data & Analytics Intern, You Will

• Support the team in managing and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis and visualization.
• Help create visual reports and dashboards to make data more understandable and actionable.
• Learn how different business areas (Finance, Product, Sales, Operations) use data to make strategic decisions.
• Participate in brainstorming and discussions on how to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Get introduced to best practices in data modeling and data governance.
• This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow your analytical skills in a real-world context, with mentoring from experienced professionals and cross-functional exposure.

Your Basic Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and interest in BI tools (experience with Qlik or similar tools is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization concepts.
• Comfortable with numbers and problem-solving.
• Strong willingness to learn and contribute.
• English proficiency (written and spoken level B2).

Nice To Have (but Not Required)

• Some exposure to Python or another programming language.
• Interest in ETL processes or data pipeline tools.
• Curiosity about AI/ML and how data powers intelligent systems.
