AERONES is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. - Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and algorithms for various applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product offerings and improve existing systems
- Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Stay current with the latest AI research, trends, and best practices to inform strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in AI methodologies and technologies
- Create documentation for AI processes, models, and system architecture
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world applications
- Familiarity with natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or computer vision is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English
- Experience within the robotics or automation sectors is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead team members in technical projects
