Data Labeling Specialist

Aerones is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Data Labeling Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is essential in supporting our data-driven projects by ensuring that our datasets are accurately labeled and processed. Key Responsibilities

Perform data labeling tasks with precision, ensuring alignment with project specifications and guidelines
Engage with cross-functional teams to gain clarity on data requirements and labeling standards
Conduct thorough quality checks on labeled datasets to maintain high accuracy and consistency
Utilize advanced data annotation tools while adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results
Contribute to the development of labeling guidelines and best practices to enhance overall data quality
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the labeling workflow
Incorporate feedback from project managers and data engineers to refine labeling techniques and output

Requirements

Proven experience in data labeling or data entry roles, preferably in a tech or data-centric environment
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data management
Experience with data annotation tools and familiarity with machine learning datasets is a plus
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across various teams
Understanding of data science concepts will be beneficial
A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory
