In this role, you'll:


  • Prepare and organize personnel documentation for archiving
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and support employee onboarding
  • Assist in resolving employee-related issues and day-to-day situations

  • Excellent Latvian language skills for working with documentation
  • Strong English language skills for collaboration in an international team
