In this role, you'll:
Prepare and organize personnel documentation for archiving
Collaborate with HR colleagues and support employee onboarding
Assist in resolving employee-related issues and day-to-day situations

Excellent Latvian language skills for working with documentation
Strong English language skills for collaboration in an international team
High level of accuracy when working with company systems
