Lawyer (Data Protection)

We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Data Protection Team located in Latvia, Dynatech and operating globally within Dyninno Group.

Our team of forward-thinking professionals, spread across Latvia, Dubai, and India, harnesses the latest technological advancements and innovative thinking to deliver modern, game-changing solutions to clients in over 50 countries.

As a Lawyer, you will be a valuable member of the Data Protection Team helping Dyninno group to grow and develop effectively. Your future area of expertise will be mainly within the GDPR, but might also include other markets, where Dyninno group is presented.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting and preparing necessary documents, recommendations and risk assessments when applying data protection rules and Dyninno corporate standards within EU.
• Maintain Data processing registers (GDPR art.30) for Dyninno group companies.
• Assist the Head of Data Protection in daily tasks (internal documentation, staff training, communication matters, task management, report preparation), including those related to Dyninno group (corporate level documents).
• Review and finalize agreements with vendors and suppliers, especially regarding processor agreements, where a party of the agreement is Dyninno group companies.
• Assistance in conducting data protection impact assessments, preparing balancing tests and other GDPR related risk management measures.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Law or IT.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of data protection law and practices.
• Ability to explore (study) the regulation and cases of data protection worldwide.
• Good knowledge of Latvian, as well as English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.
• Responsibility and proactivity.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, multi-task and open-minded approach.
• Experience in task management will be considered an advantage.
  
  

Compensation

The salary range for this position is the salary range for this position starting from 2,400 EUR gross per month.
