Senior Cyber Risk Specialist – Third-Party Risk Assessment

Location: Vilnius | Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)

A large financial institution is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Risk Specialist to strengthen its third-party risk assessment capabilities. This role sits within a global security and controls function, contributing to the design and implementation of advanced cyber risk strategies.

The position focuses on assessing the cyber security posture of third parties and ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. You will be part of an international team that brings together technical expertise and business insight to manage cyber risk at scale.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and evaluating due diligence questionnaires completed by third parties
• Identifying and assessing cyber risks using internal frameworks and external standards
• Providing subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on third-party cyber risk matters
• Analyzing complex risk scenarios and proposing actionable recommendations
• Documenting risk evaluations and decisions clearly and accurately
• Staying up to date with regulatory, legal, and industry changes impacting third-party risk

Requirements:

• Approximately five years of experience in cyber risk, information security, or third-party risk management
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong communication skills in English
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Compensation:

Gross monthly salary from €3,280 to €4,920, based on qualifications and experience
