Your Mission Will Be

• Lead the full design process from initial research and concepts to final user-ready solutions;
• Turn insights into thoughtful wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups;
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation;
• Continuously validate design decisions through user testing and data insights;
• Advocate for design consistency and accessibility across platforms.
  
  

You Will Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products in collaborative, agile environments;
• Advanced skills in Figma and prototyping, with strong visual and interaction design sensibility;
• Solid grasp of usability principles and inclusive design standards;
• Comfortable using data tools (e.g., A/B testing, analytics) to back design choices;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or multi-user platform design;
• Hands-on experience creating or maintaining design systems;
• Exposure to front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS) or interest in design-tech handoff;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
