Data Analytics Manager

Our client is a leading Portuguese healthcare group with clinics and labs across the country. They’re seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team and drive the transformation of data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate data-driven projects while managing and mentoring team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyse complex data sets to extract meaningful insights that support strategic business decision-making.
• Reporting & Modelling: Develop and maintain clear, well-structured reports, dashboards, and statistical models to support business insights.
• Planning & Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality output through effective project planning and strong attention to detail.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to high-impact, strategic initiatives by leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

What You Bring

• Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in fields such as Information Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or similar.
• Data Analysis Experience: Solid background in analysing data and generating insights to support business decision-making.
• Reporting & Modelling: Experienced in creating well-structured reports, dashboards, and statistical models that support strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Confident in communicating with diverse stakeholders and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
• Power BI Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and visualisations.
• SQL Knowledge: Strong ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL.
• Python Skills: Experience with Python for advanced analysis, automation, or machine learning.
• Communication & Critical Thinking: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical mindset, and a focus on delivering results.
• Languages: Fluent Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.
