Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of our SUV product line. This role combines strategic vision, cross-functional coordination, and strong market awareness. You will manage and guide a multidisciplinary team (pricing, planning, product marketing) to ensure product competitiveness, market alignment, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee pricing strategies, product marketing plans, and market positioning.
• Lead the planning and lifecycle management of existing and future products.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscape to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure product readiness and performance.
• Manage cross-functional alignment during product development and launch phases.
• Monitor and improve product KPIs: profitability, volume, market share, customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a small but high-performing team (Product Pricing, Marketing & Planning).
• Represent the product function in executive and interdepartmental meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical, financial, and market research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and product performance tools.
