Within the Content Production team, the Junior Content Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of selected content productions, autonomously managing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include concept development, budget management, cross-functional team coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets Piaget's creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation Management: Coordinate the creation of seasonal campaign activations and evergreen content, overseeing all stages of the creative process to ensure on-time delivery of assets aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives and creative standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, press, commercial, markets, and VM) to develop materials that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Budgetary Oversight: Supervise project budgets, including cost estimates, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Brand Integrity & Quality Assurance: Maintain Piaget’s creative integrity and high standards by delivering projects on schedule while adhering to established brand guidelines.
  
  

The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in content project management in the Watch and/or Jewellery industry.
• Strong project management abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable across various markets and environments.
• Aesthetic sensibility and demonstrated interest in the luxury industry.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• University graduate, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with the Adobe suite is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
