Your responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Management: Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies through Paid Search (Google / Youtube / Bing), Paid Social (Meta, Linkedin, Youtube), Display/Programmatic (DV360)
- Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize paid performance campaigns aimed at developing awareness, lead and sales growth
- Testing & Learning: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across different channels and markets to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizations. Develop, implement and document A/B testing projects
- SEO: Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive measurable results. Liaise with our Digital and Content teams to roadmap and implement technical and content SEO advancements on artbasel.com
- CRO/UX: Monitor and ensure a seamless user experience, proactively addressing pain points per channel and driving continuous improvements
- Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies and collaborate with in-house creative team
- Budget Optimization: Manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring the best ROI while keeping customer acquisition costs low
- Targeting & Expansion: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies, with a focus on growing and nurturing the customer base through advanced targeting techniques
- Assist the Head of Digital Marketing in the launch and development of the Affiliate Marketing channel
Your Profile
- 5-8 years experience in digital marketing with focus on Performance channels
- Excellent understanding of KPIs, ways to achieve them and ability to put data into perspective You can understand and interpret the different metrics in meaningful ways
- Experience in Paid Search channels (Google - Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, PMax), Paid Social channels (Facebook/IG, X, TikTok), having managed min 100k$ monthly budget
- Experience in building Search strategies and SEO analytic tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush)
- Experience with CPA and Revenue Share media buying models
- Understanding programmatic buying and its key principles
- Strong understanding of best practice website UX and ECRM integration (knowledge of SFMC is a plus)
- Expertise in managing acquisition funnels and implementing successful direct response strategies
- Advanced user of GA4 and an expert when it comes to Excel and Google Sheets (Looker studio: nice to have)
- Experience utilizing an enterprise social management platform (ie: Sprinklr or Sprout) is a plus
