As part of the software qualification team, you will play a key role in mitigating development risks, driving team maturity, and coaching team members in their professional and Agile development journeys.

You lead sprint evaluations and monitor quality metrics (e.g., compliance with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done), continuously driving team effectiveness.

Job Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement, including proactive identification and removal of impediments.
• Strengthen collaboration within the team and with external teams to foster a truly high-performing environment.
• Manage and maintain alignment with the Product Owner, Function Architect, and Team Lead.
• Support team members through coaching and feedback.
• Escalate bottlenecks when necessary.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across various departments.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Minimum 5 years in software testing for complex technical systems, or strong affinity with supporting and coaching technical software teams.
• Experience in high-tech or complex system environments is a strong plus.
