Digital Analyst Trainee

Are you passionate about digital analytics? Fortum is looking for a motivated intern (LIA) to join our E-commerce team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital analytics while contributing to the energy transition.

About the role:

As an intern, you will work with user behavior and traffic data using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, ABTasty, MS Clarity and Looker Studio. You will help build dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. You will also participate in A/B testing and optimization projects for our e-commerce platform, and collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve the customer journey. Throughout the internship, you will gain insight into how a leading energy company drives digital transformation.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is currently studying digital analytics. You should have basic knowledge of GA4, Excel or Google Sheets, and preferably some experience with data visualization tools. You are analytical, curious, and enjoy solving problems. An interest in sustainability and the energy sector is a strong plus.
