getirfinans operates within Banking as a Service model, having established partnerships with players at banking sector.

Latest News: Türkiye İş Bankası has invested 50 million US dollars in getirfinans. This investment has enabled Türkiye İş Bankası to participate in supporting the banking services of getirfinans and, simultaneously, to own a 20% stake in getirfinans through its venture capital fund, of which it is the main investor. With this investment, getirfinans is set to reach a valuation of 250 million US dollars even before commencing its operations.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with engineers in defining initiatives and solutions, and shaping various financial products and services from inception to delivery by aligning with the relevant stakeholders.
• Participate as a member of the core team during development, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, implementation, testing, and launch efforts
• Create both the long-term strategy and the short-term technology roadmap for your team, aligning it with the overall company strategy as well as with the priorities from business domains and the general Financial Products teams.
• Forming data-driven hypotheses, define tests, get feedback on experiment designs, conduct A/B tests, document constraints and limitations, and draw insights from results.
• Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate metrics and OKRs to drive decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation of features to be developed, and provide visibility to stakeholders of the team's progress.
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities.
• Responsible for product performance monitoring and assigning metrics (Embodies expected benefit of each product backlog items with metrics).
• Monitor and periodically report the application's pain points and make suggestions about points of improvement.
• Run qualitative or quantitative research and analyze relevant data to define a problem when the problem is not clear.
• Work with UX researchers to gather information about user behavior.
• Create mock-ups, communicate user journeys and give strategic briefs to UI / UX upon the pain points or expected benefit we are seeking before the design process starts.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in a product development role and leading a cross-functional team in an agile environment with technical clients (developers, engineers, etc..)
• At least 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in fintech or banking sectors within Turkey.
• Ability to accurately define the vision for products and services.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills both in English and Turkish, can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences.
• A technical and product mindset and the ability to understand, analyze and translate platform challenges into actionable roadmaps.
