Graphic Designer

Rixos Hotels, with 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, continues to grow worldwide as a Turkish brand with new investments, driven by a management model based on dynamic, flexible, and proactive strategies. Currently, we operate 43 different hotels, theme parks, and special projects across 3 continents and 8 countries.

In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions.

We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Graphic Designer (Video-Edit)” to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & design creative executions for all property and brand-related projects,
• Generates and researches new concepts and ideas,
• Creates presentations for brand, corporate, and property teams,
• Preparing visual designs, and videos based on corporate guidelines and marketing strategies,
• Effectively communicates production specs, deadlines & design details for all projects,
• Completes all design/computer layout/artwork assigned by the required deadline,
• Prepares layout comps for brochures, mailers, and intricate collateral designs,
• Making display banners and SoMe visual designs through digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

• 4-year degree from an accredited university,
• Video editing is a plus,
• 4+ years of projects support experience in an agency or relevant company,
• Creative and design experience and knowledge,
• Corporate Identity, Brand, and Communication design knowledge,
• Experience communicating; listening and counseling stakeholders on the best approach, including what non-value add efforts to drop,
• Experience in trend tracking is an active social media user, comfortable with technology,
• Fluency in more than one business software package, primarily, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere,
• Hospitality & luxury background a plus,
• Dynamic, planned, meticulous,
• Must have experience in Premier pro – After effects – Davinci resolve – HDML operations.
