As ORFİN Finansman, one of the OYAK Group and Renault Group companies, we are looking for an Financial Planning and Control Specialist.


ORFİN Finansman A.Ş. provides financing services to individual and commercial customers purchasing new or second-hand vehicles from Renault and Dacia Authorized Dealers, stock financing services to Renault and Dacia Authorized Dealers for the vehicles purchased from MAİS and credit-related insurance product sales services to individual and commercial customers within the framework of the insurance agency activity permit.


Job Description


  • Support the monthly financial closure process including both commercial and financial indicators: Prepare the management indicators reports on a Weekly/Monthly basis, Prepare the Financial Statements in line with IFRS standards, Perform the gap analysis vs Budget / Reforecasts,
  • Support activities related to Financial Planning, Budget and Forecasting: Ensure data are received on time thanks to good organization and strong communication skills with departments heads involved into the Budget process, Challenge the data received thanks to critical eyes on main figures to ensure quality of data,
  • Provide support to Sales and Marketing Department for the Monthly Pricing of the campaigns, audit calculations and assess the profitability (IRR, Margins, etc.),
  • Perform deep dive analysis related to product/services profitability, cost of risk, early payment, asset and liability management, etc.,
  • Develop relevant Management Reports to be used by the Finance Department together with the Information Technologies Department or independently using new ETL / Visualization Tools (such as Alteryx Designer/Tableau) to continuously improve/smoothen controlling processes,
  • Design new tools regarding new activities (Budget tool / Reporting tool modelization for new activity/services launch) with the proper granularity,
  • Ensure the first level control for Purchasing Request validation.


Qualifications


  • Graduated from relevant fields of universities, (Finance, Economics, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial calculations and financial transactions,
  • Have written and verbal English communication skills, knowledge of French will be a plus,
  • Extended computer programs skills (MS Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint), Knowledge of Alteryx Designer / Tableau will be a plus,
  • Analytical thinking, teamwork and effective communication skills.
