Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan IT programmes and projects and create and drive forward according project requests
- Manage IT programmes and projects across the software development lifecycle including infrastructure and regulatory programmes
- Ensure adherence to milestones and quality gate checks
- Set programme/project goals and scope and create plans to meet them in time and budget
- Plan and manage the programme/project scope, project schedule, project resources and project budget
- Report the project status and be single point of contact for Business and upper management
- Assess, manage and communciate projects risks and dependencies. Address and remove impediments
- Communicate important developments to team and/or upper management/ other affected stakeholders
- Develop and improve UI IT project management methodology and toolset together with central IT Project Portfolio Management
Your skills and experience:
- 7-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (preferably in the Financial Services industry)
- Broad experience in managing various IT Projects especially with regulatory/infrastructure focus
- Completed relevant university studies
- Ideally certification in Project Management (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- Very good business English skills
- German and/or French business language skills would be a plus
- Experience in leading large cross functional and international project teams
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to deal with different stakeholders over all levels of the company
- Strong resilience and ability to drive organizational change
