IT Project Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Plan IT programmes and projects and create and drive forward according project requests
• Manage IT programmes and projects across the software development lifecycle including infrastructure and regulatory programmes
• Ensure adherence to milestones and quality gate checks
• Set programme/project goals and scope and create plans to meet them in time and budget
• Plan and manage the programme/project scope, project schedule, project resources and project budget
• Report the project status and be single point of contact for Business and upper management
• Assess, manage and communciate projects risks and dependencies. Address and remove impediments
• Communicate important developments to team and/or upper management/ other affected stakeholders
• Develop and improve UI IT project management methodology and toolset together with central IT Project Portfolio Management

Your skills and experience:

• 7-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (preferably in the Financial Services industry)
• Broad experience in managing various IT Projects especially with regulatory/infrastructure focus
• Completed relevant university studies
• Ideally certification in Project Management (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
• Very good business English skills
• German and/or French business language skills would be a plus
• Experience in leading large cross functional and international project teams
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to deal with different stakeholders over all levels of the company
• Strong resilience and ability to drive organizational change
