We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with ERP experience and between 10 - 15+years of relevant experience.

Role Overview:

This role specializes in serving as the primary liaison between Technology and specific business areas. Key responsibilities include identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. The role involves recommending solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Evaluate business problems and assess the potential for automated solutions. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
• Testing and Implementation: Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems that align with business needs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide insights to business and IT leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address the needs of business partners.
• Leadership and Expertise:
• Recognised as a subject matter expert in the sub-function, typically achieved through advanced education and work experience.
• Responsibilities include managing large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management.
• Provide coaching, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
• Address IT-related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
• Serve as an expert within the discipline.

Qualifications Required:

• Skills in communication and stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting, data cleaning, structuring, and management, capacity management and prioritisation, business/insurance acumen, and IT processes and systems.
• Exceptional verbal, analytical and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial and accounts payable systems, including JD Edwards (JDE), Cognos etc

Preferred:

• Certification in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
