Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Consulting Engineer – Wireless with deep expertise in designing and deploying enterprise WLAN solutions. You will work closely with customers across multiple industries to deliver complex wireless network solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy advanced wireless solutions (CRD, HLD, LLD, Test Plans, and Reports).
• Lead customer engagements as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Solution Architects, and Partners to build scalable solutions.
• Perform wireless audits and optimize network performance.
• Deliver technical mentoring and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support international project deployments (up to 40% travel).

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale wireless projects across diverse sectors (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, sports, banking).
• Build and test wireless environments in unique settings like warehouses, ports, or conference centers.
• Own documentation and design lifecycle (Design Reviews, Change Management, Implementation Plans).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in wireless network engineering.
• Strong background in WLAN technologies, network design, and optimization.
• Proven ability to independently lead large-scale network deployments.
• Experience across industry verticals and diverse wireless environments.
• Excellent client-facing and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%).
