Data Scientist

Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver best solutions. We are currently looking for Data Scientist to join our remote team for a project.

Tasks:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using Databricks and Azure Machine Learning Services.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects – from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop and optimize Python-based pipelines for data processing and model development.
• Explore and implement Generative AI approaches to enhance predictive and generative capabilities across business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation of models, experiments, and development processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including popular data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for collaborative development and model lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with Azure tools and services for model training, deployment, and monitoring (e.g., Azure ML, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions).
• Experience or strong interest in Generative AI (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Background in NLP or image generation models
