Customer Insight Director
For more than 55 years, Eren Perakende has been uniting world-renowned brands with consumers in Turkey. In 1990, the company partnered with Devanlay to begin the licensed production and distribution of Lacoste in Turkey. Since then, Eren Perakende has taken on the distributorship of global brands such as Burberry, Gant, Nautica, and Converse.
In 2008, the company launched its own retail concept with Occasion stores, followed by the introduction of the innovative SuperStep store concept in 2012. Embracing a multi-channel strategy in 2020, Eren Perakende expanded its online sales network and redefined the shopping experience through House of SuperStep, transforming retail into an experience-driven model.
Expanding its brand portfolio with names like Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4, Sanal Çadır and Heartbeat. Eren Perakende now operates in 25 countries, with over 8,000 employees, nearly 700 stores, and 17 digital platforms.
We are looking for a ''Customer Insight Director'' to contribute to our premium lifestyle brands in this growth journey.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science),
- At least 10 years of experience in customer insights, marketing research, data analysis, and strategic planning,
- Strong skills in data analysis and a deep understanding of customer behaviors,
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI),
- Experience in analyzing marketing data, web analytics, and customer journeys,
- Ability to present complex data and insights clearly and understandably to senior management and stakeholders,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to provide customer insights that drive strategic decision-making,
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives,
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management (CRM),
- Ability to develop innovative approaches to improve customer experiences,
- Experience in leading data-driven teams,
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to generate deep insights into customer behavior, and integrate these insights into the company’s broader strategic initiatives,
- Perform customer segmentation and recommend personalized marketing strategies for each segment,
- Designing loyalty programs that align with different brand ambitions requires a thoughtful approach that enhances customer engagement and strengthens brand loyalty.Analyze a variety of data sources (customer behavior, sales data, surveys, market research) to provide actionable insights,
- Monitor data accuracy and consistency to ensure reliable insights,
- Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations,
- Offer customer insights to support decisions in marketing, product development, sales, and customer service,
- Drive customer-focused decisions and contribute to business growth through data-driven strategies,
- Provide customer insights for new marketing campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies,
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to inform future strategies and ensure the company remains competitive,
- Utilize market research to develop creative and innovative strategies.
