About The Role

You will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge software solutions to automate complex real-world challenges. Working closely with customers, you will define product specifications and build solutions from the ground up. From crafting intuitive front-end interfaces to designing scalable back-end systems, you will transform research innovations into practical applications for various nation-states. In This Role, You Will:

Innovate and Deploy

Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions that integrate AI to address real-world challenges, with a focus on automating complex manual processes in government and industrial sectors. Leverage modern web frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud computing to build applications that apply AI to intricate optimization problems.

Drive Meaningful Impact

Collaborate directly with key stakeholders, including government leaders, industry experts, AI researchers, and engineers to deploy pioneering AI-driven solutions. Gain a deep understanding of complex business challenges and deliver transformative software powered by AI. Optimize and Scale

Develop scalable data pipelines, integrate industrial sensor networks, enhance application performance, and prepare systems for large-scale deployment. Work on high-impact projects such as optimizing next-generation energy production, modernizing critical government workflows, and improving patient outcomes in advanced public healthcare systems.

Learn and Lead

Stay ahead of the curve in software engineering and AI advancements. Engage in code reviews, share knowledge, and champion best engineering practices. Mentor junior engineers and lead by example, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Ensure deployed applications continue to deliver real value across governments worldwide. Work closely with customer engineers and subject matter experts to refine and optimize solutions that drive measurable improvements. You Might Thrive In This Role If You:

• Currently based in or open to relocation or a 12 month deployment in UAE.
• At least 2 years of experience, with a strong desire to work directly with customers to define software specifications and build solutions from the ground up.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, including microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset for tackling challenges.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• A self-starter who takes full ownership of challenges and is eager to learn whatever is necessary to deliver impactful solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in on-site engineering projects or client-facing roles such as Forward-Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Customer Engineer.
• Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
• Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
