We have an urgent requirement for UI UX Designer -Digital Banking experience for one of the bank in Abu Dhabi

  • Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology---Must
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team playerwith a professional presence---Must
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping---Must
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process

End-to-end product design, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes and validation, within cross-functional product teams---Must

Experience of working in digital product design ----Must

  • ROLE PURPOSE
  • The UX Design primary responsibility will be to drive the end-to-end product design, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes and validation, within cross-functional product teams

Key Accountabilities

  • Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills.
  • Foster collaboration both inside and outside the team, evangelizes and promotes UX within the company, and can juggle several high-level projects while delivering A-level work on all of them.
  • Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
  • Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
  • Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers
  • Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
  • Research, identify and articulate customer needs
  • Collaborate & lead other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across products
  • Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces

Techincal Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
  • Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design.
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process

Previous Experience

  • Must have previous experience of working in digital product design in financial services (banking/Fintech/digital transformation)
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area
  • Experience managing a team of UI/UX designers
  • Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
  • Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process

Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
