A skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in aviation operations and previous experience of contributing to a high-impact project. Candidate should have relevant domain knowledge in flight operations, airport operations, and exposure to aviation systems such as Boeing e-Enablement, ULD management systems, and other related systems.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying the system requirements across different areas, documenting them and working with the project manager/business project team in putting up a plan for each of the key acitivities. The role requires end-to-end engagement, including requirement gathering, documentation, providing inputs to the project plan, providing inputs and documenting RFP, testing (where applicable), and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for systems related to flight operations, aircraft onboarding, turnaround coordination, and ground handling.
Understand and support initiatives involving Boeing e-Enablement including aircraft IT provisioning, connectivity, and documentation flows.
Analyse existing processes related to ULD tracking, airport dispatch, and operations support to identify areas of improvement and propose effective system-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and operational leads to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Support UAT, create business cases
Additional Info:
Atleast 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the aviation or airline industry.
Understanding of flight operations, airport operations, and related regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of systems like Boeing e-Enablement, ULD tracking systems, and flight/crew management tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
