Network Engineer

Role Description: ? Zscaler Engineer/Network Engineer:? Deploying and configuring Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA and Providing expert-level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis. ? Troubleshooting connectivity issues, resolving network problems. ? Monitoring the performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation. ? Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations and procedures, as well as providing training to users. ? Supporting the operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management. ? Supporting the lifecycle of network security projects, including new builds and upgrades. ? Collaborating with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.
