UI/UX Lead (1-year Contract)

Your Role as a Zenika Consultant – UI/UX Lead

As a UI/UX Lead at Zenika, you’ll guide our clients in elevating their digital interfaces, while leading and growing design capabilities within their teams. You’ll:

• Lead and mentor UI/UX teams, fostering a strong design culture and collaborative mindset
• Develop and drive design strategies aligned with business and user needs
• Craft and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure design consistency across products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Axure and modern tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Facilitate and conduct usability testing, user interviews, and apply insights to refine user experiences
• Present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver user-centric, accessible, and mobile-first designs
• Stay ahead of trends in UX, accessibility, and emerging technologies

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, systems thinking, and user-centered solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Axure and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Proven experience in user research, accessibility, and responsive design
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Agile methods, and facilitation of workshops
