Senior Product Manager - Retail Futures

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Retail Futures to join our client's trading technology team. This role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of retail futures trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in derivatives, a strong product mindset, and a proven ability to deliver innovative, compliant, and user-focused trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for retail futures platforms and services
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new futures products, including micro contracts and sector-specific offerings
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive trading interfaces and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with CFTC, NFA, and exchange regulations
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support product launches and client adoption
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on KPIs such as engagement and retention
• Integrate advanced features such as algorithmic trading and AI-driven analytics
• Stay current on market trends and competitor offerings to drive innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in futures/derivatives and retail trading platforms
• Familiarity with trading systems (e.g., MetaTrader, NinjaTrader), APIs, FIX protocol, and market data feeds
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in fintech, blockchain-based derivatives, or crypto futures is a plus
• Proven track record of scaling products in high-growth, regulated environments
