Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-ready applications leveraging existing large language models (LLMs) to deliver business value
- Research, design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge AI Agent applications
- Boost AI Agent effectiveness through optimized prompting strategies, RAG pipelines, and purpose-built tool development
- Build evaluation systems to assess the performance of AI applications and large language models
- Conduct model performance testing, troubleshoot issues, and refine algorithms to ensure robustness
- Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging expertise in statistics, scripting, and programming to meet organizational goals
- Lead core business development for the Manus product line, aligning technical execution with strategic growth
- 2 years of programming experience
- Proven track record of building/scaling products from inception to market fit, preferably in AI or tech-driven environments
- Direct experience at AI startups, plus proven success in adapting products for global users
- Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards
- Proficiency in Web front-end technologies and expertise in the React front-end development framework
- Solid understanding of backend domains, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to collaborate across the region.
