Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery:
  • Act as the SPOC for large-scale strategic programs, leading cross-functional teams (up to 100 members) to deliver outcomes aligned with contractual commitments and client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders through transparent communication, tailored service delivery, and proactive conflict resolution.
  • Customer Experience Optimization:
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance service offerings, improve delivery standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage end-to-end program budgets and P&L responsibilities, ensuring strict budget adherence and consistently meeting or exceeding financial targets.
  • Business Growth:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within active projects, contributing to account expansion and long-term growth.
  • Team Development:
  • Guide team performance through continuous feedback, coaching, and implementation of individualized development plans to upskill and retain talent.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze program performance to ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, preferably in public sector engagements.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale teams and managing multimillion-dollar projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
