Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Education:
Degree in Information Technology
Professional Certification
Certification in any testing tool is preferred
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge in Banking application domain
Dynamics CRM experience
Comprehensive knowledge on Multi-Platform / Multi-Architecture App Development
Knowledge in Microsoft TFS for reporting bugs and version management tool are added advantage.
Review of software requirements
Preparation of test cases
Execution of tests using automated tools
Reporting of defects
Preparation of test reports
Planning and organizing business meetings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Complaint handling skills
Teamwork and coordination
Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing/UAT
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Dynamics CRM CE implementations and updates. Responsible for conducting the testing, thereafter, analyse the results and then submit observations to the development team.
Collaborate with Techno-Functional Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and subsequently develop Requirement Traceability Matrix.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Dynamics CRM CE solutions.
Understanding and ability to validate CRM workflows, customizations, plugins, and integrations
Ability to understand integrated applications to CRM solution and develop test cases that ensure the applications are validated as part of testing.
Identify, log, track, and manage defects to closure using appropriate tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA)
Retest resolved issues and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
Excellent ability to maintain detailed test documentation, including test scripts, results, and issue reports
Work closely with the development and business teams to understand customization requirements.
Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and test deliverables
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics CRM using tools like Selenium, Power Automate, Leapwork or other
